What areas do your services cover?

I mainly serve pets and pawrents all across the Greater Vancouver region. Depending on my schedule and availability, I am happy to go further if required.​

How should I make a booking?

Will I get updates on my pets when I am away?

Absolutely! I will send daily update summary, along with photos and videos, to give you peace of mind. Check out the Gallery and Testimonials for photos that I have shared with clients in the past, and that's just a fraction of them. It's like you never left your beloved pets when you are away!​

Is there a minimum number of days for each booking?

I'm completely flexible and can adapt my services to fit your schedule, whether you just need a single visit or long-term care.​

Do you charge extra for weekends or holidays?

No. My rates remain the same throughout the year (check them out here). Services offered depends on availability, and I will gladly shuffle things around to accommodate where possible!

Your prices are over my budget...can I get a discount?

Reach out to me and I am happy to negotiate. I am sure we can come to an agreement that works for both of us!

Can I meet with you before I make a booking?

Certainly! I offer a complementary meet-and-greet before bookings to make sure that our vibes match, and that you are comfortable with leaving your beloved pet(s) in my care.

How much notice do I need to give to book?

I know that last-minute plans can happen. While I do my best to accommodate urgent requests, a 1-day notice will allow me to plan accordingly. Advanced bookings are always appreciated!

How do I pay?

I accept cash and e-transfer. Cheques, credit cards and other forms of payment are not accommodated for now.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

For pet sitting or boarding of more than 3 days, 50% upfront deposit is required upon confirmation of the booking.

Can I get a refund for my deposit if I cancel?

A full refund will be offered for cancellations made 7 days or more before the date of booking. While there is a general no-refund policy for cancellations in less than 7 days, the deposit may be applied (at discretion) as credit for a future booking up to 30 days from the date of the original booking.

My dog does not react well to other dogs. Can he/she be walked alone?

Of course! I offer solo walks, and will never bring reactive or shy dogs to off-leash dog parks. Before our first walk, I'll chat with owners to understand their pet's temperament and ensure I provide the best possible care.​

Do you offer overnight pet sitting at our home or yours?

Both options are feasible, depending on your needs. Find out more about my scope of services and rates here.​
